to apply to be featured in the PLITZS New York City Fashion Week “Designer Showcase Presentation” on Friday & Saturday of February 10-11, 2012. Our Designer Showcases will take place in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at the Warwick Hotel
during the Fashion Week seasons in New York City. Fashion Designers can capitalize on their one day presentation which will afford them the opportunity to present their brand collection to potential clients, retail fashion store/boutique owners, buyers, general managers, potential investors, trade organizations, editors, bloggers, public, media and press.

What are we all about?


My blog’s purpose is to entertain with humor for young adults through fashion in the media. I will have guest blogger opinions and incorporate video and audio. Frequently, visual media such as the World Wide Web, print media, and television, are fashion forward. For instance, many television shows have fans that watch just to see what the characters are wearing. A lot of media helps people to stay connected with what's currently in style. However, my site will help young impressionable minds to not follow trends but to create their own style based on the seasonal styles of Hollywood.

My blog’s target audiences are International males and females because fashion is for everyone who is connected to media outlets. I will attract young, single adults between the ages of 18 to 25 because according to the MKTG book, this age range cares most about fashion. They're generally heavy users of media as well. 

"Today, about one-fifth of the world’s population is online. In the United States, 70 percent of the population is online, spanning every ethnic, socioeconomic, and educational divide."

My blog offers value from providing information that is useful to people who desire entertainment through humor and also love fashion. We deliver the news on current fashion trends within various media outlets; specifically television, the World Wide Web's video channels, and traditional film. The companies who have fashion conscious characters in media will be able to gain free advertising through our blog posts and podcast station. 

The information on our blog is useful for marketers based on our future following becoming large because it's about how many eyeballs are seeing the company’s logo or hearing their name mentioned on our podcast station. They also tend to leave comments about their opinions. The comments on blogs are effective because social trends shape consumer behavior. 

I will make decision on my advertising, marketing, sponsorships, and content based on what my audience expresses their interests are. The purpose is to give our audience an experience where they can decompress by forgetting about the stresses of their lives, and enjoy entertainment of parody through fashion in the media. Through our unique content of opinions about current trends, we will create gossip with the aim of sending new ideas out into the viral world of social media.
